Brief description

The system is mainly divided into two stations, one is to test the displacement and tension; The second test is the disturbance of the torque sensor of CEPS product.

1. Dual-station steering wheel test system: record the displacement and pressure measured by REPS, and the torque and Angle changes during the CEPS test, and draw charts

Torque/Angle test station: send interference waveform through KEYSIGHT signal generator, torque sensor receives its signal, record torque data when there is interference and determine whether the product is qualified according to the set threshold, and store the test report

3. Displacement/tension test station: In the process of rotating the steering wheel, record the curve of tension and displacement, and determine whether the product is qualified according to the set threshold, and store the test report

1. Through the Angle change generated by rotating the steering wheel, the interference signal emitted by the signal generator is sent to the torque sensor, and the result page displays the data of torque change and Angle change

2. Through the corresponding change of tension and displacement, it is displayed in the graph of the displacement and tension change data on the result page

3. Charts can be drawn and test reports can be stored for data analysis
